Ericca Cole
Founder, GG SEEDS Youth Development & Leadership Organization, Inc.
After 22 years of service in the United States Army, our founder carried forward a deeply held belief that leadership is not simply about being in charge — it is about reaching back, opening doors, developing others, and leaving people better prepared for what comes next.
Her military service reinforced the importance of leadership, discipline, mentorship, accountability, resilience, education, teamwork, and investing in people. Throughout her life and career, she witnessed firsthand the difference that structure, mentorship, encouragement, education, and access to opportunity can make in a person's life.
